As an Insulation Installer, you’ll be out on the road every day, insulating homes and buildings. You’ll work alongside a steady colleague and visit a variety of projects, from new construction to existing residential properties. Your job is to make sure crawl spaces, roofs, and cavity walls are properly insulated so residents can enjoy an energy-efficient, comfortable home.
No two days are the same: one day you’re on a roof, the next you’re working in a cavity wall or crawl space. You know your materials and can operate the different machines you’ll use, plus you’ll have direct contact with customers on site. Together with your team, you ensure every project is completed to perfection—teamwork and action are central! Experience is not required, you learn on the job!
