As an Inbound Employee, you make sure that the warehouse is always in order and that incoming goods are processed quickly, safely, and accurately. You are the leader of the team during container unloading and ensure that everything runs smoothly. This includes freeing up the drop zone, correctly placing items according to the warehouse plan, and flawlessly scanning and booking in goods. You also check packing slips, spot discrepancies, process returns, and perform stock corrections. Order and tidiness are important, which is why you work according to the 5S methodology. Safety always comes first, whether you are using a forklift or communicating with planning.
