As a Production Worker, you’ll get hands-on experience making grinding stones and segments in various sizes. You’ll be thoroughly trained so you can work independently in this manual production process, where you handle raw materials delivered in bins weighing 20 to 25 kg. A strong back is definitely a plus! If you’re technically minded, you might also learn to operate machines or help with maintenance and repairs. Interested in getting a forklift certificate? That’s an option too!
Your days can vary—sometimes it’s busy, sometimes it’s quieter. The best part? Your weekend starts at 12:30 pm every Friday, so you can make the most of your time off. You’ll be part of a friendly team where everyone’s ready to help each other. Plus, you work regular daytime hours with no shift work!
