With you as Operator everything runs smoothly, or in this case: on the production line!

As Operator Cleanroom, you are responsible for keeping our production process running smoothly. You will make sure the machines are running properly and help produce high quality products. Your duties are:

• Setup, operate and convert production machines.
• Solve minor malfunctions with your technical insight. For larger malfunctions, you call in the technical department.
• Checking the quality of the products and making sure everything goes according to plan.
• Working with your colleagues to meet the day's goals.

Working in a clean room is a little different from a regular manufacturing environment. You wear special clothing like a hairnet, white coat and overshoes to make sure everything stays hygienic and safe. If you already have cleanroom experience, that's great, but we're happy to teach you if you don't yet have experience!

• You are willing to work in 5 shifts 

You will work as an Operator at KONI in Oud-Beijerland, a company that has existed for 150 years and leads the automotive industry in the production of shock absorbers. KONI has employees in more than 35 countries and its products are sold all over the world.

You will work in a 5-shift schedule. That means you will work alternately during the day, evening and night. Working hours are:

• 06:00 - 14:00 hours
• 14:00 - 22:00 hours
• 22:00 - 06:00 hours
