As a Cleanroom Operator, you are independently responsible for setting up and repackaging your machine line, both fully automated and semi-automated. You have technical insight and experience as an Operator. This is necessary because you need to intervene when there are minor malfunctions with your machines. For more complex malfunctions, you will contact the technical service. You closely monitor the quality of the end products and are constantly working on improving your production and the overall production process. As a Cleanroom Operator, you are responsible for meeting your daily production targets.
Working in a cleanroom involves specific requirements. You don’t wear regular work clothes, but special attire, such as a hairnet, white coat, and shoe covers. Some experience working in a cleanroom is a plus. It's important that you are analytical and able to handle stress well, as you often work in pairs and rely on each other frequently.
The working hours are as follows:
06:00 – 14:00, 14:00 – 22:00, 22:00 – 06:00
You work in a five-shift system: six consecutive days on, followed by four days off. Work continues during weekends and holidays.
It is important that you have your own transportation.
