The new distribution center of our client has been open since March 1, 2025, and there’s still plenty to organize and set up exactly the way you want. Your input and experience are truly welcome here — you can really make a difference!
The atmosphere is nice and informal, they love a good vibe, and they give you plenty of space to develop yourself and grow.
What will you be doing? As an expedition coordinator, you are the spider in the web. You make sure everything around incoming and outgoing goods is properly arranged. You are the main point of contact for customers, drivers, and couriers, and you keep a close eye on the administration. It’s a super varied job because you’re not just sitting behind your desk—you’ll also be on the floor regularly to physically check the freight. Deviations? You spot them immediately and handle them straight away. Drivers can’t do without you, so your role is indispensable in this logistics adventure!
Other tasks include:
Monitoring progress closely and adjusting where necessary
Checking, entering, and closing waybills in the system
Tackling problems with inbound shipments, status updates, and packing slips
Following rules and ensuring everything runs according to procedures
Occasionally working in a cold storage room of around 4 °C, but no worries—you’ll get a nice warm jacket!
Working hours:You’ll work in a 2-shift system, with a Saturday shift about once every three weeks. The schedule looks roughly like this:
Shift 1: 05:45 AM – 2:15 PM
Shift 2: 10:45 AM – 8:15 PM
Saturday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Times may change slightly in the future, and a 3-shift system could be introduced, but of course always in consultation with you.
Sounds good? Let us hear from you! We can’t wait to meet you!
