You will start at a modern company that is ahead of its time, where development and growth are highly valued. In the warehouse, online orders for 100 different brands are processed. Some of the brands you’ll work with include Mr. Marvis, Holland & Barrett, and Basic Fit. The peak period with Black Friday and the holidays is approaching, so there’s plenty of work!
You will work in a 3-shift schedule (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM | 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM | 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM) and also work two Sundays per month.
As Assistant Team Leader in the goods receiving department, you play a key role. Together with the Team Leader and fellow Assistant Team Leaders, you manage a team of 60–65 employees. You are the main point of contact for questions, train and guide your team members daily, and ensure tasks are distributed efficiently.
In addition, you actively assist with processing incoming goods and take over the Team Leader’s responsibilities during their absence. Administrative tasks are also part of your role.
