As Painting Line Operator, you will play a key role in production. You will ensure that the painting line runs smoothly and that products meet the highest quality standards. With your keen eye and natural leadership, you will lead a small team and maintain an overview of daily operations.
You will have the opportunity to contribute ideas for improvements and optimizations, where your input can truly make a difference. No day is the same: you will switch between production, quality, and teamwork, working closely with the Production Manager to achieve the best results. It is important that you are comfortable with physically demanding work and enjoy actively contributing on the shop floor. Excellent command of the English language is required for this position.
