You will start by plasticizing cheese, where accuracy and diligence are important. In addition, you will perform manual banding and labeling to correctly identify each cheese. You will also be involved in paraffinizing cheese to maintain protection and flavor. In addition to these specific tasks, your role includes various other duties, including cleaning, to maintain a hygienic and efficient production environment. Your contribution is essential to the success of various processes within cheese production, and it provides a valuable opportunity to develop your professional skills.
Working hours are between 05:30 and 23:30. When working the evening shift, you will be expected to perform “good housekeeping” with your team before your shift ends.
