As an Administrative Purchasing Assistant, you will prepare purchase requests, analyze and process purchase orders and quotations, and monitor delivery times. You will work closely with sales, logistics, and service teams to align stock requirements and translate sales forecasts and customer demand into concrete purchasing actions. Additionally, you will ensure accurate data entry and maintain high data quality in ERP and supply chain systems.
